Let’s talk about the chocolate pancake/waffle sauce at brunch...
It seems to vary from a chocolate-yoghurt like taste and consistency to a very indulgent pure melted chocolate richness. Sunday the 15th of October’s brunch sauce seemed to find the perfect union between these two poles. Full chocolate flavour was combined with a lightness of consistency which enables one to return to productivity after brunch, instead of having to relegate the rest of the day to food-coma recovery.
